In collaboration with the architectural vision outlined by the Paul Archer Design, our structural engineering team is geared for a comprehensive project to enhance a 2-storey detached property in the Holly Lodge Estate Conservation Area. This ambitious undertaking involves the demolition of the existing single-storey conservatory and shed, paving the way for a double-storey rear extension, and the removal of rear walls at ground floor level. The intricate design features include a glass box roof lights, a partial green flat roof, and internal wall alterations at multiple levels.
