Eversley Crescent

This recently completed project, a collaboration between BB Partnerships, Architects, and Sullivan Brothers as contractors, stands as a testament to their commendable work. The transformation involved the demolition of an existing two-storey building and the construction of a new four-storey building, featuring an impressive basement and timber constructed loft space. 

Of particular note is the Sustainable Urban Drainage scheme (SUDs) implemented on this site, underscoring our commitment to environmental responsibility. This crucial addition ensures sustainable water management and aligns with modern construction practices. The project’s substantial nature necessitated significant structural engineering input, with a reinforced concrete structure that includes a basement slab, ground floor flat slab with cantilevers, and basement retaining walls. Both the rear and front gardens were levelled and landscaped.
