Hebron Road
The Hebron Road project, led by Paul Archer Design, stands as a significant transformation outlined in the Architect’s drawings. It includes lowering the existing basement and constructing a strategic single-storey basement to the rear. The addition of a new lightwell at the front enhances natural illumination, while the removal of main rear and outrigger walls at the ground floor level creates a refreshed spatial layout.
Internal alterations across various levels, conversion of rooms into bathrooms, and the removal of chimney breasts demonstrate a commitment to modernisation. The construction of a new rooflight at the front and a dormer loft conversion extended to the outrigger, complete with an external terrace, reflects the project’s contemporary design ethos. This substantial initiative demands significant structural engineering input, with careful planning during the design stage ensuring a seamless and efficient execution.
