Collaborating with Paul Archer Design, we’re poised to revitalise a Listed Grade II building in Duncan Terrace/Colebrooke Row Conservation Area. Our structural engineering focus involves demolishing the existing single-storey rear extension, making way for a new single-storey full-width extension and a double-storey addition at the lower ground floor. The design incorporates roof lights, a partial glass roof, and internal wall alterations across various levels for optimal space utilisation. As part of our commitment to preservation, we’ll be meticulously repairing existing garden walls. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting project.
