Inside Out Sculpture

Our role on this project was to advise on the stability of the steel sculpture and to design a suitable discreet base to house it. The sculpture is at Optegra.

The Sculptor wanted a raised plinth base which gave the opportunity to form a bespoke steel shoe to give cantilevered support. The shoe has very simple resin anchor fixings into the existing concrete slab of the building.
