Hawksley Road

A single storey rear extension was formed to this terraced property in Stoke Newington.  One of the design features was a projecting, rear window.

The foundations had to be carefully designed to address issues posed by trees in the clay soil.

We were also engaged as the engineers on an earlier loft conversion for this client and property.
