The recently completed project marks the fruition of a discreet yet modern renovation, concealing a stunning interior within. The outlined construction involved a new single-storey rear extension connected to a converted garage at ground floor level, coupled with meticulous landscaping to create a new terrace at the rear of the property. A new canopy and reconfiguration of the front garden enhance the property’s curb appeal.

Strategic alterations were made, including the removal of the main rear external wall at ground floor level and the lowering of the living room floor. Internal wall modifications at various levels, coupled with the removal of front and rear chimney breasts, contributed to a streamlined aesthetic. The reconfiguration of existing staircases and additions like 2 new roof lights and replacement of the main roof at the third floor level further elevate the property’s modern charm. A single-storey extension at the third floor level and an extension to the existing second floor extension complete this comprehensive and transformative renovation.
