Gordondale Road

The Gordondale Road project was overseen by Holland Harvey Architects. The project encompasses the removal of the existing rear elevation wall and bay window at ground floor level, paving the way for a refreshed spatial dynamic. The construction of a new single-storey rear extension at ground floor level signifies a modern expansion seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. Internal wall alterations at ground floor level contribute to an optimised layout in alignment with contemporary living standards. Additionally, the strategic removal of the rear chimney breast at ground floor level enhances both aesthetics and spatial flow, exemplifying Holland Harvey Architects’ commitment to innovative design solutions.
