The Elgin Avenue project, under the guidance of Kiran Curtis Associates can be described as general refurbishment works to the existing property. Notable features include the formation of a single and two-storey rear extension with a basement, elevating both functionality and space. At the ground floor level, a small extension is crafted at the rear, seamlessly integrating with the basement flats. The project further entails the creation of new openings on the Ground, First, and Second floors, enhancing connectivity and natural light. Internal chimney breasts are strategically removed, contributing to a modern aesthetic. Option A and B offer thoughtful considerations for extending the 3rd-floor flat, demonstrating a commitment to tailored design solutions.
