Aberdeen Road
The recently completed project, expertly guided by Paul Archer Design, stands as a testament to a beautiful full renovation that has yielded stunning results. This top-to-bottom transformation, outlined in the Architect’s drawings, has revitalised every aspect of the property, showcasing an impressive blend of modern design and thoughtful functionality.
The comprehensive renovation encompassed the lowering of the existing basement level, the construction of a new single-storey rear extension at the basement floor level, and the addition of a new bin store to the front. A new lightwell at ground floor level and a single-storey side infill extension have seamlessly integrated modern elements. Structural modifications, including the removal of external walls and chimney breasts, were executed at various levels, further contributing to the property’s fresh appeal.
A noteworthy addition to this project is the beautifully crafted spiral oak staircase, expertly fabricated by B & A Woodworking. This bespoke feature adds a touch of elegance to the interior. Other enhancements include the addition of rooflights to the existing roof and the conversion of existing rooms into bathrooms and kitchens, completing this transformative project.
